Can I try a sample?
Absolutely, we love to get our products into the hands of our new friends. You will find us out and about in Edmonton and we will publish where we are so you can meet us out there.
My dog is finicky, what can you do.
What we can do is make your dog happy, and comfortable. Our biscuits are Air dried or Freeze dried, and are hypoallergenic. Our products are designed with your dog in mind, from biscuits to meals. No by products, no hormones, all natural.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but we are only shipping to the United States at the moment. We are working on more countries and will annouce in our social media when we open that up.
Can I track my order?
Yes, please contact us and we will give you an update. Our website will eventually support live tracking.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If you are in Alberta, within 5 days. Outside of Alberta, 1 week to 14 days.
How can I change my order?
Just contact us via email or phone and we will be happy to make changes for you.
Exchanges and Returns
Can I exchange my product for another?
Yes and as long as the package is in the same condition as when you bought it. Just contact us and we will be happy to arrange that for you.
May I return the product?
Absolutely, no questions asked, except of course, why? but regardless of the answer we will refund 100% of your money. We would really love to know why so we can document the issue and see if there is anything we can do better.
Feeding & Care
Do I have to refrigerate?
Yes and no. The biscuits are either air dried or freeze dried and as a result can be stored for many months in dry storage. Our meals however need to be refrigerated and consumed as quickly as possible. Meals may be brought out of the freezer the night before feeding.
How much do I feed?
Our biscuits and meals are meant to go together. We recommend to match the protein and be aware of the complete diet throughout the day, as you are giving out biscuits. This is superfood, it burns fast in a dog's system.

Where are you from?
We are Canadian and based in Alberta. We come from humble beginnings, producing food for our own pets and those in the neighborhood. Too many friends and family suggested we take this to the next level, so here we are.
Can I sell your products in my shop?
We would love to have you on board and as a place our customers can have access to our products. We do however manage very closely who and how much exposure we are getting. The quality is a key factor and we must maintain reasonable production levels to deliver the best food we can.
